Harper's Ferry Outdoor Festival - Annual festival and kayaking event held every June.  Includes the Tim Gavin Downriver Race. Great Food, Great Music, Great People.  Proceeds are distributed to several groups, including Friends of Blackwater!  (Brandae highly recommends this event!)

Gauley Fest - The world's largest whitewater festival held every September in Summersville, WV. Celebrates the win to prevent hydro-power from destroying some of the premier whitewater in the world.  Sponsored by the American Whitewater Association.
